What a happy Monday. Good Afternoon, Folks!

How was your weekend? Mine was fulfilling as all get out. The Strong 4 Pole Competition Team brought home 3 Gold Medals and 3 Silver Medals between Saturday and Sunday at Pacific Pole Championships. For those unfamiliar with pole fitness, there are competitions. Oh, yes!

For 3 months, our girls went through rigorous strength and conditioning, flexibility and skill training, character development and choreography. And through this process, we watched them transform from the inside out. It really drove home the belief that I hold dear to my heart and remind others about, which is, you hold the power to rebuild your life.

Think of your life as a movie and yourself as the writer. You can make the story whatever you choose. At any point, you can change the direction. And having the choice to do so can be incredibly empowering. As you evolve, you have complete autonomy of the story, either accepting or rewriting to create the picture that serves you best.

I've seen people make up a story due to an incident or series of life events and believe in that story so steadfastly that you could never convince them it doesn't truly exist. I've watched them talk themselves out of happiness and freedom, lose life changing opportunities, relationships, and pack on the baggage, or in this case, luggage.

Editing your real life isn't always as effortless as erasing a line of text if you've carried this luggage with you for an extended period of time. But when you cut out what no longer serves you, you immediately feel lighter and more alive. And the beautiful thing is, you can do the same for the positive pictures you want to see. Healthy, more intimate relationships, adventure, life! Truly living.

To begin editing your life,

1. Think about both positive and negative experiences.

2. Once you determine which parts no longer serve you, make a commitment to remove them. Be mindful to do this in a kind way. Have compassion for yourself.

3. Consider what has brought you bliss and how you can make those experiences and beliefs part of your daily life.

BAM! You've just made plenty room in the carry-on for happiness, love and wisdom.

You are ALWAYS in control. Be your best, highest self. Live the life you truly deserve.

I encourage you to also share the positive habits you are now committingg to being a part of your daily lifestyle in our group.

Congratulations again to the 5 women who chose victory over the weekend. We are so very proud of you.

P.S. You don't have to make these changes alone. Surround yourself with others making positive healthy changes as well.
