Good Afternoon!

How was your weekend? Ours was fabulous. Strong 4 Pole held its first community event, "Fall In Love With Food Again". The speakers were so informative, food and juices, delish and raffle prizes, fun! Now we're gearing up for our next fun event. We'll be sure to keep you posted.

Sometimes when we feel so good and things go well or we get that certain something or someone we've always yearned for, we begin to feel we don't deserve it. That something is going to counteract the excitement with doom.

Have you ever felt that way? Boy, have I. Years ago when I purchased my first car, I thought no other feeling could match it. I felt accomplished, excited and so adult, quickly followed by, "something terrible must be on its way. This couldn't be drama free. What should I brace myself for?" And even now, I have to check in with that feeling and correct myself.

Something within us wants to reject these amazing gifts from the Universe. But why? Maybe because we'll have to begin seeing ourselves in a different light, or we feel guilt that we've attained something someone else hasn't.

What we don't realize is this pattern can lead to self sabotage. Gifts that flow to us are now blocked by the feeling of unworthiness. How do we change this around? Bypass this unnecessary thought by shifting to a state of gratitude.

1. Get the prettiest journal you can find

2. Jot down 7 things you're grateful for everyday

3. Share your gratitude with someone you love

4. Encourage others to do the same

Understand that when good comes to you, it is because you're meant to have it. Otherwise, it would be unavailable to you in that moment. Have you ever wished for something to happen right now and it comes to you months, maybe years later? If it is meant, it is meant. Everything in divine timing. Accepting the gift with gratitude and using it to the best of your ability is true humanity.

AFFIRMATION:

"I AM WORTHY OF THE BEAUTY THAT FLOWS INTO MY LIFE WITH EASE."

Now off you go! Enjoy a beautiful day. You deserve it.

Cheers,
