Good Afternoon and welcome to the month of June!

June is not only my birthday month (shameless plug), but the month of many weddings, graduations, vacations and much outdoor activity. It is the time to get moving, and lets be honest, search for the perfect poolside ensemble. 

Around this time, we tend to center on healthier choices with respect to food, and getting into tip top physical shape. We want to look as good as we feel, frolicking through summer and all the festivities it has to offer. 

Consuming foods that love you back, accompanied by movement, equals magic. This is what our bodies crave, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. Plus, you have more energy to make the most of the longer daylight hours, therefore, lead a more fulfilled life. 

I can honestly say, this is the best shape I've ever been in. As my birthday approaches, I feel happy, healthy and proud of the lifestyle changes and choices I've made.
